PVC coated fiberglass fabric is made from 200g/m2 7628 fiber glass
basic cloth. And then it was coated with 40g/m2
waterproof/fireproof polyvinyl chloride coating on two sides. Fiber
glass fabric is a great material performing good on both
fireproofing and waterproofing. PVC coating makes the surface of
high strength fiberglass fabric be more smooth and waterproofing.
The total weight of this 7628 pvc coated fiberglass fabric is
280g/m2 and total thickness is 0.25mm.
PVC coated fiberglass cloth is a coated fiberglass fabric with many
good features, such as fire resistance, waterproofing, cold
protection and anti chemical corrosion, abrasion resistance, smooth
surface, washable, good capability of heat maintaining.
PVC coated fiberglass fabric has been used widely in sports
euipment field before, such as surfboards, boats and yachts and so
on. Now this waterproof fiberglass material is widely used in auto,
train, ship cover, open yard cover, industrial and some other

The basic fabric of this PVC coated fiberglass cloth is 7628
e-glass electronic fiberglass cloth. It is usually used for copper clad laminate. However, because of its light weight and various combinations
with different resins, 7628 is not only used for electrical
application now, but also widely used in other industrial fields.
For example, it can be used for surfboard building too.
