    Acrylic coated fiber glass cloth is produced from a basic cloth - woven fiberglass fabric, then it is coated with red Acrylic coating on single side / two sides with a specially industrial used compounded glue. This coated glass fiber fabric is weigned at 355g/m2. The basic cloth is 2520 fiberglass fabric in plain woven, which is 8.68oz/sq.yd.(295g/m2) and 0.012 inch(0.3mm) thick. After coating with 30g/m2 red Acrylic on each sides, the total weight per unit is 355g/m2, and total thickness is 0.35mm.


    Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric holds the properties of both coating and fiberglass fabric: the chemical resistance of the Acrylic and tear resistance and durablity of fiber glass fabric. This coated fiberglass cloth is strong and durable, fire resistant, heat protective, light weight and oil/chemical resistant. It is also waterproof. Besides, because this fabric is very high strength. It can be used for tiny and integral horsepower motors. Other application is for dry and oil-filled transformers and welding equipment.
