0.15mm 300gsm Brown Heat Resistant PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric

PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric is made of fiberglass fabric coated with brown PTFE on two sides. PTFE coating is non-stick and high temperature resistant. Based on all features of fiberglass cloth and PTFE coating such as reusable, high tensile strength, chemical resistance, stable physical properties, PTFE coated fiberglass cloth is suitable for thermal insulation food related application.

PTFE coated fiberglass fabric can be used under -70℃ to 260℃ high temperature working place. The basic cloth can resist a higher temperature below 550℃. The PTFE coating is food grade so it is non-toxic, odorless and tasteless under heating process. The food grade teflon coating is FDA approved.

Because of the features of teflon fiberglass fabric, this coated fiberglass fabric are always used for barbecue grill mat / pan liner, baking mat, release application, conveyor belt and seamless fusing belt production.
