Silicone Coated High Silica Fabric 700g 0.8mm Red Silicone Fiberglass Cloth

Basic cloth of this red silicone coated fabric is 600g/m2 satin weave high silica cloth in satin weave(also called cross twill). It is coated with 100g red silicone on one side. Because high silica cloth has more than 96% SiO2 content when it is treated with acid and silica calcination, it has higher melting point. The silicone coated high silica fabric is fire resistant, heat insulation, anti chemical agents and electrical insulation. Basic cloth 600g/m2 high silica cloth can withstand heat below 800℃. The silicone coating is able to be used under 260 - 300℃.

The basic cloth is 600gsm and 0.7mm thick, total weight of the silicone coated fabric is 700g/m2. Width can be 91.44cm and 100cm. Silicone coated high silica fabric is always used for industrial thermal insulation application such as fire, welding blanket, fabric expansion joint, thermal insulation jacket, electrical insulation covering and so on.
