800℃ One Side Red Silicone Coated High Silica Glass Fiber 0.8MM 700GSM High Strength

One side red silicone coated high silica fabric is made of 600gsm basic cloth, high silica fabric. It is coated with 100g/m2 red silicone on one side. 600g high silica cloth is 850g/m2 fiberglass cloth treated with acid and calcination, so it turns into lighter weight. The post treatment makes it with higher SiO2 content (more than 96%). Its weight is lower (850g/m2 to 600g/m2), but its tensile strength and fire resistance properties are improved.

Silicone coating improves abrasion resistance and electrical insulation to the silica fabric. The basic 600g/m2 high silica fabric can be used at temperatuire from -50 to 800℃ continuously. And silicone coating can withstand heat below 260℃ continuously.
