Non Stick Baking Mat PTFE BBQ Grill Mat 33X40CM 0.12MM 260℃ Heat Resistant

Fiber glass fabric is woven by e-glass fiberglass filament in plain, twill or satin weave. In order to meet final application requirements, usually this cloth will be impregnated with different compound like silicone, PU, PVC, PTFE on two sides or single side. PTFE is specially for its waterproof and non stick smooth surface. Common used colors are black, beige, brown, grey, silver or copper.This coated fabrics has ow friction coefficient, non toxic, heat insulation, chemical agents resistance and corrosion resistant. It is widely use in industrial fields.

Fiberglass fabric is able to be used below 550℃ continuously. Black PTFE coated glass cloth can withstand heat from -50 to 260℃ continuously. Besides, fiber glass meterial is an eco-friendly material, which is non-hazardous. Filament diameter ≥9um won't be breathed in human body (based on our worker's annual health check).

This 0.12mm black color PTFE coated glass fabric is made of plain weave glass fabric. Final weight is 230g/m2. This non stick coated fabric or its products is easy to be cleaned by soapy water. And it is dishwasher safe.

One main application is for food process, PTFE coating fabric can be used in microwave and BBQ grill as heat insulation pieces. Its food grade PTFE coating can meet FDA standard. It is non toxic and odorless under heating. Other thicknesses of baking mat are 0.08mm, 0.12mm and 0.2mm. Standard size is 33x40cm, 15.75x13 inches, and its packaging can be customized.

Another applications of non stick PTFE fiberglass cloth are industrial heat printing transfer, heat insulation and dyeing factory. As heat printing non stick liner, its size are usually 8x12 inches, 10x12 inches or 18x20 inches. This is an important item for heat printing. It will protect the design from the heated upper platen. There is no any residue will melt onto the machine upper platen.
