Heat Resistant Pouch Reflective Aluminium Foil Fiberglass Fireproof Storage Bag

This fireproof bag is made of fireproof fiberglass cloth. Outside layer is fireproof fiberglass fabric with a laminated aluminium foil. Inside layer is fireproof silver electroplated fiberglass cloth. Both inside and outside layer are fireproof. Double layered fireproof materials protect your important items.

For outside materials aluminium foil fiber glass cloth can resist 95% radiant heat. Inside materials can be decided by customers. There are a lot of different fire protection glass fabrics can be used as inner lining of this bag. Please check as follows:

• Fire Retardant Fabric: White Non Woven Fabric/ Black Fire Retardant Fabric
• Fireproof Fabric: Silicone Coated Fiberglass Fabric/ PU Coated 100% carbon fiber fabric, or other fiberglass fabric.

Fiberglass fabric is a light but high strength materials. It provides resistance to abrasion, flexing, tear, puncture and chemical. For this bag, the base fiberglass fabric can resist 1020°F/550℃. While adhesive(glue) of aluminium foil will burn off or vaporize at temperature above 572°F/300℃. Inside materials, coated fiberglass fabric should be used below 500°F/260℃. Above this temperature, coating will become hardened, but base cloth can still resist heat.

One question of fiberglass products is fibers may stick into skin. So customers will feel hurt and itchy on hands when touch it. But customers won't feel hurt and itchy when touch our fireproof bags. Because Unionfull laminated aluminum foil on the outside layer fiber glass cloth. We also add a layer of fire retardant fabric or fireproof coated fiberglass fabric as inner lining. For this design, both inside and outside layer can be fireproof. What's more, totally avoid direct touch to glass fibers. Comfortable hand feeling. No allergy or sensitivity.
