Fabric
3732 fiberglass fabric is a common glass fiber which weighted at
200g/m2 and woven by satin weave. Unionfull's Silicone coated
fiberglass fabric is made from high quality e-glass fiberglass
cloth, coated with silicone rubber on each side. It presents
excellent heat insulation properties at continuous operating
temperature up to 260℃ while the uncoating fabric can be up to
550℃.
Fiberglass fabric is classified by raw material composition:
(1) Alkali-free fiber (commonly known as E-glass): The R2O content
is less than 0.8%, which is an aluminoborosilicate component. Its
chemical stability, electrical insulation properties and strength
are very good. Mainly used as electrical insulation materials,
glass fiber reinforced materials and tire cords.
(2) Medium alkali fiber(C-glass): R2O content is 11.9%-16.4%. It is
a kind of soda-calcium silicate component. Because of its high
alkali content, it can not be used as electrical insulating
material, but its chemical stability and strength are still good.
Generally used as latex cloth, woven fabric substrate, acid filter
cloth, window material substrate, and the like.
(3) High alkali fiber: A glass component having an R2O content of
15% or more. For example, glass fiber drawn from raw materials such
as broken flat glass and broken glass. It can be used as waterproof
and moisture-proof materials for battery separators, pipe wrapping
cloths and mats.

mold.
Application:
1.Glass fiber cloth is mainly used in industry: heat insulation,
fire prevention and flame retardant. The material absorbs a large
amount of heat when it is burned by flames and prevents the flame
from passing through and isolating the air.
2.Glass fiber cloth is commonly used as a reinforcing material in
composite materials, electrical insulating materials and thermal
insulation materials, circuit boards and other fields of the
national economy.
3.Glass fiber cloth is widely used in wall reinforcement, exterior
wall insulation, roof waterproofing, etc. It can also be applied to
the reinforcement of wall materials such as cement, plastic,
asphalt, marble, mosaic, etc.
4.Anti-corrosion: Silicone-coated glass fiber cloth can be used as
a pipeline, saving internal and external anti-corrosion layer,
excellent anti-corrosion performance and high strength, and it is
an ideal anti-corrosion material.
5.Application in filtration: gas filtration and liquid filtration
