UPSE-8732D80 is E-glass type and woven by satin weave-4HS:
The four-harness satin is more pliable than the plain weave and
easier to conform to curved surface typical in reinforced
plastics.In this weave patter there is a three by one interlacing,
where a fill yarn floats over three warp yarns and under one.
Four methods to weave the fabric:
a). Plain weave: it can be used in electricity insulation materials
and reinforced materials in industry,
because of inseparable structure, plain and clear lines.
b).Twill weave: compared with plain weave, it is of high density,
high intensity, with a soft and loose
structural weave. It can be used in ordinary reinforced materials,
filter materials, and painting cloth.
c) Satin weave: compared with plain weave and twill weave, it is of
high density,high intensity, with a
soft and loose structural weave with a good texture. It is
applicable for use as a higher reinforced
material in machinery.
d). Gauze weave: said lattice twist weave. It can be used in spread
model curtain,resin reinforced emery

Properties:
1.Insulation
Glass fiber sun fabric has good thermal insulation properties that
other fabrics do not have, which greatly reduces the use rate of
room air conditioners, thereby saving energy.
2.Fire prevention
Fiberglass fabrics have flame retardant properties not found in
other fabrics. The real fiberglass fabric, after the fire, because
the inner skeleton of the fabric is glass fiber, it will not be
deformed and will not be charred.
3.Antibacterial, moisture proof
The fabric is a natural mineral, does not provide a bacterial
growth environment, bacteria can not breed, the fabric will not
mold.

Application:
1.Glass fiber cloth is mainly used in industry: heat insulation,
fire prevention and flame retardant. The material absorbs a large
amount of heat when it is burned by flames and prevents the flame
from passing through and isolating the air.
2.Anti-corrosion sector: silicone fiberglass fabric is good to be
used as inner and outer anti-corrosion layer featuring excellent
corrosion resistance, temperature resistance and high strength. It
proves to be an ideal anti-corrosion material.
3.In the petrochemical industry, pipes, corrosion-resistant
materials, storage tanks, acid, alkali, and organic solvents are
used.
4.In the mechanical industry, artificial teeth and artificial
bones, aircraft structures, mechanical parts, and the like are
applied.
5.Glass fiber cloth is commonly used as a reinforcing material in
composite materials, electrical insulating materials and thermal
