Product Introduction

PTFE bonded fabrics and tapes are known for their smooth surfaces, nonadhesion, chemical and high temperature resistance, and insulation properties. Widely used in packaging, thermoplastic composite, sealing, electrical and other industries. Polytetrafluoroethylene adhesive fibers enhance the tensile strength of glass fiber fabrics. It can be used for plastic molding and other applications, is reusable and easy to install.

1. High temperature resistable,strong anti- corrosion property(by this advantage,it can be used for dyeing)

2. Good anti stick property on surface (by this,it can be used for demoulding)

3. Good viscosity.long service time. 18N to 22N force is needed to remove a 4cm width belt which is adhered to steel plate.

(Coefficient of viscosity can be customized according to different requirements).

Application

1. As coatings of high-temperature roller,heating plate,demoulding unit.

2. Heat- sealing materials for food,medicines and plastic bag.

3. As gaskets of trough,hopper,aviation molds.

4. Other fields in which surface treatment is needed to reach anti- stick,
