    High silica is made of silica fiberglass that contents more than 96% of SiO2. It is a kind of heat-resistant and soft inorganic fiber. The material has excellent heat-resistant characteristics, the softening point is close to 1700 ° C, long time service temperature at 900 ° C, it can work for 10 minutes at 1450 ° C, and keep well at 1600 ° C for 15 seconds. It also performs an outstanding capability of high strength, easy processing, thermal insulation and ablation resistance.


    In generally, silica cloth can be produced at width of 92cm and 100cm, roll length at 50meters. UPH-860-100 is a heavy weight fiberglass cloth weaved by 8HS, and weight at 650g/m2, so the fabric is smooth, shiny and soft, meantime it is high strength and abrasion resistance because of the fiberglass yarn.
